Refund and Returns Policy

At Fluxware we sell digital products only — PDF guides, Canva templates, Notion templates, and prompt packs. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, our policy differs from traditional retail. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Digital

All products sold on fluxware.org are digital downloads. There are no physical goods, no shipping, and no exchanges. Once a file has been delivered to you, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

Our Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase in the following situations:

• You were charged but did not receive access to your download
• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or technically unusable
• You were accidentally charged twice for the same product
• The product is significantly different from what was described

Refunds are not issued for:

• Change of mind after downloading the product
• Incompatibility with third-party tools (e.g. your version of Canva or Notion) — compatibility requirements are listed on each product page
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
• Products that have been downloaded and used

How to Request a Refund

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original PayPal payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU Consumers

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and the download has begun, provided you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery at checkout — which you do when completing your order on our store.
